After more than a month and a half of intense work, Fascene Airport Nosy Be now sports a new look. The renovation of the track has been completed and has been the subject of a technical acceptance the 30 October 2017.

This work concerned in particular the increase in capacity, the development of commercial areas and cleaning facades and renovation of the track. These new arrangements should ensure the safety of passengers and enhance the attractiveness of the Nosy-Be airport that should entice new international companies and attract more tourists.

This first phase of expansion of Nosy-Be airport, will have an investment of 15 millions of euros, 1 350 tons of bitumen and 20 000 tonnes of asphalt. The second step is already underway, concerns nozzle works, water treatment plant, Development of parking Nosy Be airport and refurbishment of Terminal.
