2 days of culinary discovery
Two days of celebration around the culinary art ! Fine Dining unifying organized par l'association WTAM (WomenTourism Association for Madagascar), is a unique opportunity to share and discover the flavors, tastes and materials, and also an opportunity to promote the talent and expertise of professionals and amateurs of the Malagasy kitchen. As in previous editions, the event also aims to support all local initiatives to promote the destination Madagascar. Do we know that the local cuisine, as fresh and organic products of the Big Island, are highly sought by foreign tourists visiting Madagascar. Discover the local cuisine is an integral part of their journey.
A diversified offer
During the two days of the fair, forty stands welcome visitors with a diversified offer : typical dishes from various regions, creations and traditional dishes revisited. This new edition also brings a lot of & rsquo; innovation. So, the "Haify workshops" will be organized for the first time, to & rsquo; for winning youth Young Chef competition in Haify 2016. Under the leadership of Chief Mariette Andrianjaka, they will learn about the workings and technicalities of the art of Malagasy gastronomy and the production of the original taste-olfactory of the “taste of gas” or Malagasy flavor.
