Since you are going to travel without a driver on board your car off road, you get to choose your route. Here are some guidelines :
Nature reserves are essential if you want to discover these strepsirrhines primates endemic country. They are many. These include :

If Andasibe houses 14 kinds of lemurs, other tourist sites like Anjozorobe allow you to observe specific species such as the great Indri indri,, the largest of Madagascar, and propithèque of tattersalli also called the golden crown lemur.
You prefer the safari ? Plan a boat trip to reach the Akanin'ny Nofy where ten species of these famous creatures live in freedom. In addition sifaka and Indri, you'll also find :
– Sifaka
– Coronatus
– Varecia
– Variegata

Nosy Komba is also a place that hosts lemurs, like the Tsingy of Ankarana.
Treat lemurs delicately !
These animals are indeed endangered. Note that 36 species make up the family of lemurs, and most can not be found anywhere else in Madagascar. En 2010, 15 genres, 101 species and subspecies were identified. According to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (UICN), the case of 8 species is critical, 4 species are near threatened, 15 are vulnerable, 18 are endangered and only 8 species of least concern.
And 2000 years past, the first inhabitants of the island were able to meet Red giant lemurs (Archaeoindris fontoynontii) up 200 kilos, today, their weight does not exceed the 5 kilos, regardless of the species.
