The first tourist film festival in Madagascar will be Saturday 29 October 2016 à Ampefy, Place of resort par excellence of the Tananarivians. The event is organized under the leadership of several local operators in love with the Ampefy region.
According to the organizers, The festival wants to be instructive but also joyful. Different conferences and projections of films will prevail a large meal followed by a show and even, during the night, dancing evening. Visits to the surrounding sites are planned.
The Malagasy Minister of Tourism Roland Ratsiraka as well as the president of the National Tourist Office of Madagascar (ONTM), Joël Randriamandranto will present during this unprecedented event, their proposals in order to develop the Malagasy hotel and gastronomy sector.
To return to the tourist film festival, A country of the five continents will present a long video of eight to sixteen minutes. The jury will vote for the film of its choice while respecting several poles of interest : the presentation of the country's tourist sites through the monuments, nature, The pleasures of water, Hotel and distractions.
Africa will be represented by Zambia, America by Argentina, Malaysia will represent Asia, Croatia will illustrate Europe. And of course, Madagascar “île Trésor”, will take the opportunity to present its major tourist attractions, through a film.
The festival will end in humor and joy, Thanks to the participation of humorist Malagasy Gothlieb and his group which will distill all forms of music.
